A LOW density scheme in Urlingford is now cut to cost in an effort to sell its eight remaining units.
Togher Crescent and Togher Way is almost completely sold, save for four big detached houses and four two-bed units at knockdown prices.
Agent, Matt Fallon of FML Properties, Cork is offering a five bed detached house at €180,000 and two-bed bungalows at just €80,000.
He plans to take the lot to auction by September 16, but judging by the reaction to the prices so far, he reckons he might sell before then.
The houses come completely finished, with kitchens, bathrooms, landscaping and hard surfaces and are available to view through FML prior to auction.
